last race for 2011

感谢主……

这是个美好的一天，这是弥补圣诞节公假的一天，这是刮着很大很大的风却没下起雨来的一天，这是larian hijau melaka的一天……爱我的爸爸早早载我下来malim,带着妈妈祝福的祷告去比赛。

混乱中被蝴蝶教练逮个正着，问我干嘛昨天没接他电话（他打了一连4通，我竟然忘了回复，内疚）。每次看到Daniel的弟弟就很喜欢他，真的好可爱,呵呵~

Melaka政府的race还是酱，拖啊拖，730am的race拖到830am~

不忘一提，我很喜欢那个aerobic的session,真是太棒了，那有年纪的安娣教练，哇靠，好有活力呐，害我一直笑~还有啊，那些群众，竟然多半都会跳那些舞~参进去，她们就立刻教你，顿时觉得自己笨手笨脚的~哈哈，我爱的马六甲的人就是这一份的自在爽朗呀~

5km的race,心想，等下应该还要经过start point再绕一圈，结果~！完了~搞什么，我都还没出到power(小时候每次都酱讲卡通人物，还要加埋手势)。够历，幸好我没有等到最后才割人，不然就来不及了~

经过两个星期的雨天，没下雨就跑track track track!!竟然两个星期没做long run了,今天，还可以轻松跑完，领奖，真是感恩不已~感谢主真是丰收的一年~

Grace in November

Erm..flash back my target for this year—win RM1500 for help Grace Covenant Community Care. Thanks God, I success to achieve it and I bank in the money to them. When I receive the thank you card from them, when I see the photo of those kid..it let me flash back the time when I first visit them……平时小孩子，你抱她还要哄的，可是，当我抱那里的小孩子时，他是紧紧的抱住你，根本就不希望你把她放下来。然后就会感受到他们更需要被爱……

不知道，热潮如何吹起？从何时起人们把自己的感受写上网而不是默默收在抽屉里？从何时起，人们爱分享自己吃过什么好吃不好吃的，去过那里的照片，还要check in自己去的地方……几时可以带动热潮——人们可以都捐款，领养儿童？放在facebook, 不管是为了炫耀还是诚意，我还是希望，这种热潮可以被带起……因为，这样，他们会被更多帮助到

不要说我赢钱赢酱多，不要一直叫我请吃。我今年的目标，我要去实行。我不可以中途被影响去拿那些钱来做自己喜欢的事。我不是好人，我只是纯粹想跑得有意义一点而已。

没想到，在我捐出RM1500的两个星期后，竟然两天内赢了RM500 + Nike voucher 750(RM600卖出)……那天比赛前一天，我祷告说，主啊，如果你愿意，你让我再赢RM500给《恩约》好吗。神真是听祷告的神。感谢赞美主。今年，是我跑步最丰收的一年，感谢主，继续的在这路程经历他给我的力量。

最近都好忙啊，没心好好写blog。

eco marathon try run

Today training: “we train long run for next week coming eco marathon,

 Wong said: ‘later we run from stadium—pk –kdse –balai cerap(highest mountain in UTM!!!) --p19—ktc—kp(hill again)—stadium.’   I sing the song ‘..if I die young….’ I never run that long when training. Race can run is not same u know!

Alright…I still have to built up my mind to run. We start at 6pm, sun go down when I reach top of balai cerap. As my pace is not same with them, I m running alone in the darkness. Fortunately, when I reach the top of balai cerap, I success to follow those two malay guy.hehe..no matter how hard also must follow them all along the road! Thanks God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I start to run faster than just now, yet I din feel very tired..! run ah.. run ah..when go up kp I leading again, I wonder my strong point is naik bukit!haha

Its totally dark when we reach stadium..ah..happy…today eco marathon trail run is happy ending..

Ps: haiz..next time running must be carefully so that we wont like tareef, continuously fall down for two days.. 毕竟就算你再帅再美，跌倒还是很yu2丢脸的（重点竟然不是受伤！）

Muar charity + the Zon run

Hectic octorber..!! I join race every week in this month!

 After adidas kotr, last week I go for Muar charity race,this week I go for The Zon JB race.

It’s second time I join Muar charity run with zaheen. The different is. This time, our kakithoner also come! This time, no Amelia Musa, no super great runner..haha…thanks God, I get champion!! We are running under the rain syoknye!! Arg..i m lazy to discuss about how the race gone.. as a conclusion I m very enjoy in this race with full of laughter and great food treat by zaheen family..and thanks to my sis tareef who pace me at the finishing line. Finishing is my weakness in almost every race.but not for this time,hehe..(after the incident of Wong put too many ‘hehe’ in our kakithon blog,n we make fun on him..now,I feel weird when every time I put hehe,feel like teasing him,hehe..)

Ow ya! I almost forget to mention. I m very cheerful get to know some of Melaka SkyHawk geng..my friend intro them to me..(er.. he say, I m quite famous, many people know me wor) hehe…After that, have a bunch of food at muar, wan tan mee ,fried oyster,otak-otak, satay..n a nice lime juice..wow..tired but ‘contented’ (physically n mentally).

Hehe..today, early morning zaheen fetch us to the Zon race..previously, I wanna encourage zaheen to join n tareef to run faster..so I told them:‘nobody come this race one, sat got putrajaya night race, all elite runner will got there …’ Thus, I get shoot badly today..those crazy ppl..yesterday night go putrajaya, n rush to the zon race this morning at jb!

That penang kia which talking style totally like ah Ong(gan chau said) also Pia till jb! So do sheilla and her Indian geng..

Today, I run terrible, too fast at the beginning..that is not my style..n puncit at the end..

However, I end up this race with a cheerful heart!! Haha!!! What a wonderful race~!

Because….the organizer miscalculate the hamper. So women category no hamper..how can this be,right..btw, i no need to sound out any single little complaint, let those who like to bising help us..haha.. finally, the organizer ask us go to The Zon hotel eat buffet while waiting for them to find the solution..woahahah.. as the situation is really out of control, n the organizer is dam good..they allow me to ask my kakithon fren come to have buffet together.. haha..we have a wonderful lunch at the night place~!

Not forget to say, zaheen n I won a lucky draw(New York hotel steamboat buffet for two person) !!(Goh Li Ting get lucky draw??!!how can this be! Throughout my 23 years’ life, the probability for me to get lucky draw is 0.01% u know!) Besides that, another guy who get the lucky draw which is same to us don’t want his voucher as he stay outside Johor. Haha..we got six ppl can enjoy that voucher..yihoo…

Wow..God blessing so much yeah..! after spend the replacement voucher from the zon,we go back with a lot of crap inside the car..

adidas king of the road

就算再忙，我还是要胡乱记录下我期待已久也终于实现的Adidas King Of The Road（2oct2011）。由于一早就报名了，所以特别的期待。

星期六，跟我们kakithon的花tareef（为什么叫花呢？因为带他出门会吸引很多蝴蝶）搭巴士去KL。我们这两粒人也太会讲话了，用我这种半桶水都不到的英语，竟然能从新山讲到吉隆坡（当然还是有安静时的）。Chau 和chin chun来接我们。托chau的爸爸有免费voucher的福，我们竟然去duta vista reosrt住！好漂亮哦~！看他的游泳池~天呐~曾几何时，他是那么的美~~ngieee yiii~~(二胡的声音响起)悲剧是~那个地方缺少管理，没有顾客，当我们去找管理层时，门打开来，一大阵冷风扑面~我们便开始讲鬼故事了~不过，里面的设计如图一样，真的很美，很大间(可以十多人住吧)~我房的冷气虽然坏了也不觉得热。

当晚，我们去跟恩人aunty moey一家拿bib。然后，想象一下八个人挤在一辆车（还好是pajero）的情况，我们多融洽，哈哈~ 我很想去吃murni的，可惜，太多人了~

回房后，倒头就睡，连ah ong的女朋友几时上床睡在我旁边都不懂，能睡得好好的就是最感恩的事了~！

终于！！4am,闹钟响起，我向司时一样催场！好兴奋呀！我期待已久的adidas kotr终于到来了！

看到许多熟悉的面孔……warm up好，栏杆内的人已经爆满了，sheilla看到我，叫我直接爬栏杆进去，哈哈哈，我真的在她和tareef的协助下爬了进去~

很兴混的开炮开跑了！michelle飞着去，annie割上来，原本想跟她的pace,看来我是‘想太美’了~！人家已经进步到我跟不上的pace了（惭愧）。过后就跟jessica,一直跟在她后面，慢慢的被拉掉……有个大U-turn,那很爽，因为可以看到谁领先。Michelle在男子的group里，她好强呐！chia mei mei 后 annie居三。

我享受着我的run,喝了两次水。跟身边的人打气，还跟一个人，一起pace了至少4km~!最后，他第一次说‘跟不到你了’，我跟他说‘可以的~！’。第二次，他就真的不跟，离我而去了。这次的16.7km简言之，跑得比较成熟，（什么形容词？），呵呵，感谢主！最后1.5km，我的脚感到很不耐了，尤其是膝盖的muscle……感谢主，经过一年没跑酱远，这次，我还是跑完了！

在终点被套上potential winner的12名。我很感恩了，但我还是敢敢的默默求主让我奇迹似的进no10!一方面又想，像adidas这种Race，应该不会有人disqualify的吧~跑完，当然是sapu时光了。

除了adidas race的香蕉，cornflake以外，托aunty Moey的福，我们有得吃adination breakfast!好棒哦！！金枪鱼n 蛋sandwitch, hushbrown, 灰常好喝的orange juice,咖啡 米huen,辣死你妈……我只吃了前三样~

终于meet到我中学同班五年的超级好友——梁日劲星洲记者！哇哈哈！他今天是自荐前来采访的！他帮我们拍了照，说“我决定放什么照片就放什么咯”。

后来的后来，我爽爽走去counter看official result!!!我的名在no.10!!!感谢主呐！！

都没有报告我们的名次，没问的人，不是不懂咯？

感谢赞美主，我今年的RM1500筹款达到了！还有adidas voucher和礼物，extra收获！

开心的跟moey一家吃了午餐，感谢今天的大赢家champion ong wei xiang请吃！

很愉快的，回去utm了~ 巴士里，又跟tareef讲个没完没了，这两个人是不会累的吗~

盲啊忙……到现在还没开始动手做lab，惭愧。去什么choir, 好后悔。仿佛挥霍光阴，却又自得其乐在其中，感觉相当滴矛盾……

一大清早，被诗莹敲我门，去商量air asia灰常便宜rm10的泰国旅……到目前为此，我们还是没有买到~！真痛恨这感觉~之所以，其实背包旅客不比我们厉害，像这种一堆欧巴桑般的讨论，能买到，能去到才叫厉害！讽刺……

今天我们还有六个kakithoner一起padang hoki做fartlek,感觉很不错。

房间一直上不到网，真囧！也许要告别这里一段日子了（好像一直放不开，又矛盾了）。

这是我倒霉的一天。

在很乱水的情况下，买了自己一人去thailand krabi的机票。这次，又丢了一张RM10的机票。虽然还是很便宜，只是，为何这种事总要发生在我身上呢？感谢主，最后还是有解决问题，大家一起去phuket，然后送我去krabi自己回kl,哈哈！这很刺激，我like!!!

去P11“卖声”，40min的酬劳——RM10+新朋友。^^

下午去做那张在sibu诡异失踪的matric card。花了我RM20。原本以为可以换掉我matric卡那号称像菲佣的照片了，原来，这只是我一厢情愿。在我跟他“要求”拍过照片时，咔一声，他一个click就把我的菲佣matric card再次打印出来了。失望得就像买不到《辣死你妈》的票，直到今天下映还是没看到……

原本很开心的training完，哈哈笑的回到房。结果，收到low yee ling的msg，我最不想发生的事发生了。我拿到norazan做supervisor。那天我其实有想拿optical的，但就是听到老师讲norazan是optical的，所以，我犹豫+衡量后特地不要选optical。况且，我比较想拿那些没有酱抽象的东西，最好有hardware给我做。结果 ……主有他的旨意吧，我顺服接受。这是个挑战的一年。我真的要好好学习了。感谢主，我想，在畏惧norazan的心情下，我不敢怠惰，不能再像以前酱依赖了。船到桥头自然直。无力停 要加油了~
